Business Development Manager

A day in the role

• Implement Univerre's Smart Packaging market roll-out strategy

• Develop the Smart Packaging market in Switzerland and internationally

• Analyze potential business opportunities and prospects in target markets, focus on acquiring and retaining these new members

• Closely follow our beloved customers, listen to them actively to optimize the solution

• Develop offers and contracts for customers

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of the project

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor degree in sales or equivalent field, with a proven experience in developing a market 

• Outstanding communication, sales and empathy skills, with the ability to create networks, understand and speak the language of our beloved clients 

• Enthusiastic personality, excited about topics related to connected objects, industry 4.0, web 3.0 

• Speak English, German and French (any other language is an advantage)

• Creative and pragmatic attitude, which can healthily challenge the status quo

• Passion about what we do, love of our customers, project pusher and self-motivated personality!
